Payment instructions and fees

PHD students:

As a result of sponsoring, we are able to reduce the conference fee for PHD students (fee see below). If you are a PHD student, please send us a copy of your student ID-card via fax to ++49 203 379 3557 or as scanned image via email to scan2006 at informatik.uni-duisburg.de

Presentation of accepted papers:

For each accepted paper one author has to register as participant (regular or PHD student). If you want to present more than one paper, you have to pay an extra fee for each paper. For this extra fee you get an extra booklet of abstracts and an additional exemplar of the conference proceedings.

Conference proceedings:

Each registered participant (regular or phd-student) gets one free exemplar of the conference proceedings. You will hve to pay an extra fee for each addititional exemplar.

Conference tour:

The GRAND guided tour will only take place, if enough participants choose it. If you choose the GRAND tour, you have to pay an extra fee. If we have to cancel this tour, you will get back this extra fee in cash at the conference desk.
